Sealing inserts for large temperature ranges
The new blueglobe® high-temperature sealing inserts are a meaningful programme extension for applications with extreme operating temperatures. The large temperature range goes from -60 °C to +180 °C.
Fields of application are to be found in:
Thermal ovens or in the direct vicinity of sources of heat such as in:- industry
- power stations
- chemical industry
- refineries
Also at permanent minus temperatures in the fields of:
- food production
- air-conditioning and refrigeration engineering
- chemical industry
- technical gases
- applications outside in railway, power station or industrial projects.
Based on production technology, the black sealing insert is designed as a two-section insert. The outer sealing insert for larger cable diameters and the plug-in inlet for thinner cables. The large clamping ranges time-tested in the blueglobe® cable gland cover cables from 4 mm to 25 mm with M16 to M32.
The cable glands are made of brass or stainless steel – supplemented by the particular silicone sealing insert. Available at short notice are the sizes M16 to M32.The sizes M12 and M40 are in preparation – further sizes on request.
