Splittable cable entry

Reliably inserting assembled cables. With the new feed-through UNI FLANGE, PFLITSCH is offering a product range that sets standards for reliably inserting even assembled cables into housings and switch cabinets.

Compared to systems hitherto, this range offers reliable impermeability with a high degree of assembly-friendliness. On the basis of the time-tested UNI Dicht system, the two-section frame plate made of high-grade PA plastic can be inserted into standard sheet cut-outs for well-known industrial connectors 112 mm x 36 mm in size.

Both standard as well as slotted or split sealing inserts from the UNI Dicht range fit into the three integrated cable gland bodies. The pressure screws are likewise split, so that even preassembled cables can be reliably inserted into the switch cabinet or housing.
The PFLITSCH cable entry measures 147 mm x 50 mm and is screwed into the sheet cut-out from inside or outside as required. With its surrounding sealing, the system attains IP 54, for splash-water protection from all directions and for avoidance of dust deposits.
