Cable routing for different cable diameters

Cable glands are important components for switch cabinet and housing construction, for they enable cables and lines to be reliably led in. Protection systems up to IP 68, high strain relief, EMC and ATEX can be simply realised with the UNI Dicht® modular system.


Here, in modern plant engineering, not only very large, but also varying cable cross sections must be inserted. The space needed for this is increasingly less often to be found with the trend to miniaturisation.

The solution: The UNI Mehrfach cable gland enables several, even different cables to be safely conducted.

PFLITSCH produces these sealing inserts exactly according to customer specifications from the high-grade plastics TPE and TPE-V, permitting a large operating temperature range from – 40 °C to + 135 °C (Figs. 3+4). These UNI Mehrfach types currently come in the sizes M6 to M120.
