UNI multiple sealing inserts can only be made rationally from tools with high number of clus-ters. The proportionate tool costs for small quantities lead to disproportionately high prices. We now have the possibility to realise the boreholes for small quantities.

For additional articles, this modern procedure of “customised perforations” offers a technically precise method for producing initial samples and small runs. Sealing inserts are perforated without a hole pattern, which means closed sealing inserts in standard or truncated execution made of the materials TPE or TPE-V according to the customer’s specifications. The minimum distances between the boreholes in the wall are 1 mm, as of a borehole diameter in excess of 10 mm at least 2 mm.

Type of protection:

• IP 65, if the difference from the cable diameter to the cut-out is less than 10 %
• IP 68, if both are the same.
