The tools adapted to the line of glands simplify work, optimise the installation result and thus bring about cost-benefits.
Even with high packing density, cable glands can be simply screwed with the variable mounting spanner in the two executions of 11 mm to 36 mm. Due to the ratchet function, the assembly fitter when tightening and undoing glands does not need to apply or take off the wrench again each time.
Professional installation of cable glands and nuts is likewise invariably successful with the special socket wrench – even with installed cables. This tool comes for glands from M12 to M75 and all Pg sizes.
With a variety of drills, milling cutters and threaders from the PFLITSCH range, the assembly fitter makes through-holes and blind-hole threads in sheet and plastic housings. There is the set of thread-cutting taps made of HSS-E-Stahl, comprising taper and plug taps, and the combined tap to produce core holes and threads in one work step for M12 to M63 and all Pg sizes.
M hole cutters with carbide tips for M16 to M63 and Pg 7 to Pg 48 are suitable for hand drills and circular column drilling machines. Core and through holes are drilled and deburred simultaneously with the pyramid drill made of HSS steel.
Holes are simply made in steel sheet up to 2 mm thick with the sheet drill for power-protection. PFLITSCH has arranged a complete set of sheet drills for the usual M12 to M40 sizes in a practical case.
