individuality without limits

Instead of simply selling the user mere trunking systems and cable glands, PFLITSCH works with a package comprising planning, project planning, products and production with the objective of supplying the customer with ready-to-install components (Fig. 1-3). This service all about cable trunking offers maximum support from planning right up to the ready-to-install component, making expensive self-built concepts superfluous. The plurality in components for closed routing from A to Z is manageable by pre-assembled and marked sections being delivered. Even special solutions, such as an individual connector between two switch cabinets or reliable cable routing on mobile cranes, where cable ducts are applied with heavy-duty adhesive tape, are simple to realise.

This system solution from one source includes Industrial trunking, PIK trunking and basket trays as well as their combinations. Openings are realised just like customised components, for example, with cable glands and hoses. Here, it is also possible to employ outside-supplied parts provided by the customer or acquired by him on the market. The upshot of all this is that the user enjoys cost transparency on all levels for the very first time.

To optimise planning even complex routing, the design engineer is supported by the cable trunking planning software easyRoute (Fig. 4+5). This on-line CAD system easyRoute has a comprehensive database available including all the shaped parts. Access is through the PFLITSCH homepage. The planning data generated can be integrated into all the customer’s usual CAD systems, for example, to have collision tests performed. After the automatically generated piece and order lists have been transferred, PFLITSCH realises the corresponding components at short notice and delivers them on schedule. This trunking configuration is reproducible at any time “at the press of a button”, can, however, be readily modified, should the application requirements change and make this necessary.

This PFLITSCH service package minimises the effort and outlay of ordering for our customers, lowers installation costs and, without additional costs, enables comprehensive documentation to be produced, as current quality management systems demand. This enables all costs for storing, handling, processing, customising and a great deal more to be dispensed with. Considering costs as a whole, this results in a savings potential of up to 60 %.
