Industrial trunking –

individual routing with perfect protection

The PFLITSCH Industrial trunking (Fig. 1) is the perfect all-round mechanical protection for cables and wires laid from machinery and equipment to switch cabinets and periphery units. With over 100 shaped elements per cross section, any routing can be realised. Six cross sections between 50 mm x 50 mm and 300 mm x 150 mm – produced burr-free – are available ex stock, further dimensions being offered on request.

The Industrial trunking range can be individually combined with straight duct sections through a variety of shaped parts (Fig. 2+3) such as angles, outlets, reversers, crossings, etc. The connecting links are already moulded onto the shaped parts, which halves the number of screwed fastenings. Inserted cap nuts minimise assembly outlay and make for automatic equipotential bonding between the trunking and shaped parts without any additional expenditure for screwing the elements together. Comprehensive accessories such as edge protection, cover fastenings, retainers, partitions, variable components and different cover variants make the industrial trunking very flexible in design and application. We fulfil a host of factory standards in machine construction, the automotive and food industries.

The industrial trunking can be opened in various cover positions over the entire length. The duct parts made of galvanised sheet steel or stainless steel can be painted to meet customer specifications on request.

An on-line CAD system (Fig. 4) supports the user in the configuration of his individual trunking. Machines and tools ensure optimum and rational customisation, practical fastening technology making for swift and safe installation on-site.
