With the Slimline Trunking, PFLITSCH is introducing an inexpensive alternative to the well-known Industrial Trunking: With its moulded parts, select accessories and the practical snap-on cover, this standard duct system combines the benefits of the other PFLITSCH trunking solutions.

Standard applications in plant and machinery construction, in power plant technology and building services engineering as well as outdoors can be executed quickly, reliably and cheaply.

This internationally certified, closed duct protects with IP 40, the base-perforated variant attaining IP 20. The trunking system comes in the 3 heights 50, 75 and 100 mm as well as in 9 widths from 50 to 600 mm. (Fig. 1, 2 + 4)

With 60 to 80 µm high-grade zinc-plated, the trunking components are optimally protected against corrosion. Naturally, the surfaces can also be provided with a powder coated finish in technical blue, grey and as per RAL. All components are burr-free to enable the cables to be conducted carefully.

Since the outer and inner radii of the rounded 90° moulded parts are aligned to each other, several ducts can also be assembled side by side. Practice-oriented moulded parts come as 30°, 45° and 90° elbows for the three-dimensional routing. Reducers, T pieces, cross-overs and articulated parts for level compensation meet all requirements. Patented rapid plug or screw connections make for continuous equipotential bonding between the individual components. The Slimline Trunking can be divided with separating webs as well as fitted with hinges on the outside and snap locks for the covers. Also included in the range are attachments for reliable support of vertically conducted cables as well as various flanges and a time-tested fastening technology for wall, ceiling/floor mounting.
