Wire tray systems –

the cable routing catering for the future

Lines and cables are clearly laid out in PFLITSCH Wire tray systems (Fig. 1-5) in industry, in telecommunications distribution centres and data technology, in buildings and equipment in the food industry and chemical engineering. A high degree of flexibility, simple installation and practical accessories constantly inspire a growing number of users. Solid-wire cross sections ensure high inherent stability of the components, with their own weight being at the same time low. High-grade surfaces make PFLITSCH wire tray systems extremely long-lasting: Electro-galvanised for normal conditions of application, hot-dip galvanised for advanced requirements, or stainless steel for optimum corrosion protection – everything’s possible.

The Wire tray systems can be individually configured and installed with just a few connectors and tools. The desired run can be simply realised without shaped parts. The superfluous wire webs are simply clipped off with a bolt cutter (Fig. 2). The assembly fitter bends the wire tray into the required shape and fixes it with standard connectors – finished! What is more, PFLITSCH also offers an assembly service that delivers ready-to-install wire tray components on schedule.

From mini-wire trunking in various designs up to 600 mm wide wire tray ducts, PFLITSCH offers a solution for a whole variety of application cases. Alongside the U form, PFLITSCH offers the wire trays in W, V and L form as well as in C and Z form for vertical cable routing. wire tray systems are easy to clean, making good ventilation possible without heat accumulation and enabling cables to be inserted and led through in any position and to all sides. Plug-in type bent metal sheets (Fig. 3) and radius limiters protect cables at crossings. Flexible separating webs and lettering clips make for even more clarity. Clampable covers (Fig. 5) protect the cable installation, for example, against dripping liquids or falling parts.

As in all trunking systems, PFLITSCH also offers a fastening range to match the wire tray systems to make assembly on the spot more rational and safer. Included here are consoles, pendants, carriers and retainers as well as support feet and mounting plates.
