Design draughtsman specialisation: machine and plant technology
IT specialist specialisation: system integration
Logistics specialist

Eleven experienced instructors accompany the young colleagues through their period of apprenticeship in the departments Information Technology, Communication, CNC Lathe Technology, Sales, Forming Technology, Toolmaking, Plastics Injection Moulding, Technical Office and Administration.

A new training approach is offered to schoolchildren as co-operation partner of the new "Vocational College Hückeswagen - Private School Bergischer Unternehmen gGmbH". A "Vollabitur" (general qualification for university entrance) and an apprenticeship approved by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for industrial business management assistant can be successfully completed within three years.
