Eleven experienced instructors accompany the young colleagues through their period of apprenticeship in the departments Information Technology, Communication, CNC Lathe Technology, Sales, Forming Technology, Toolmaking, Plastics Injection Moulding, Technical Office and Administration.
A new training approach is offered to schoolchildren as co-operation partners of the new "Vocational College Hückeswagen - Private School Bergischer Unternehmen gGmbH".A "Vollabitur" (a "full school-leaving certificate") plus an apprenticeship approved by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for industrial business management assistant can be successfully completed within three years.
Over and above this, dual courses are offered with commercial and technical orientation.
