Motivated staff make for satisfied customers. We are aware of this and go to great lengths for our some 180 employees. We help them to reconcile family and occupation. Flexible work schedule models, internal day care and the possibility of telecommuting are the order of the day at PFLITSCH‘s. Because of this, PFLITSCH was certified as early as in 2005 as a “family-friendly enterprise“ by the non-profit Hertie Foundation.

But not only that: In a comprehensive package, we additionally provide our employees with services in health care and retirement provisions as well as on-the-job safety.
