Cable Glands
Safe and sure
The main job of cable glands is guiding and sealing lines and cables in housings. This is why it is precisely here that PFLITSCH sets standards: For with sealing inserts made of high-performance plastics, which lie around the cable carefully and reliably, Types UNI Dicht and blueglobe attain maximum impermeability of up to IP 69k and the best strain-relief values.
But this is still not enough: From the UNI Dicht system kit with its 4,000 different parts, individual product solutions can be combined for many cases of application without limitation. Here it is not important whether the user needs EMV or Ex protection, wants to thread several cables through a gland, or favours a combination with protective hoses or corrugated pipes. Using blueglobe cable glands with their innovative construction requires fewer sizes due to the large clamping ranges. Higher-than-average strain relief is a matter of course. And with the globemarker, the cable gland is marked ideally.
In the metal types, a slot-guided O ring ensures permanently secure and wear-free sealing between gland and housing. Naturally, these PFLITSCH products comply with important national and international standards and testing guidelines. Alongside the EU-standardised metric design, PFLITSCH has further national thread variants. The CAD drawings of the cable glands can be called up in different variants via Internet. World-wide implementation is thus a matter of considerable success without any difficulties whatsoever.
