Processing machines for PFLITSCH Cable Trunking
Profession performance saves time and money
For customers who wish to cut and shape their trunking system components themselves, PFLITSCH offers manual or electrohydraulically operated machines specifically designed for trunking systems. In addition to the quality of the processing and enhanced safety, cost reduction is a considerable competitive advantage.
- Time savings
- Reduction of waste and reworking
- Easier and lighter work
- Clean and low-burr edges
Cutting trunking and covers to length, notching cut-outs, holes or fabricating lock fastener recesses is done quicker and more cleanly. Cordless tools allow you to work on the move during fabrication. You can also work on modifications to existing cable trunking installations.
The electrohydraulic MaxiCut cuts Industrial- and PIK-Trunking cleanly to length leaving a low-burr edge finish. The cutting plates have recently been improved and a height-adjustable workpiece support added.
The manually operated HS PIKCut is used for cutting PIK-Trunking to length. A new addition to the range is the electrohydraulically operated MS PIKCut which automatically processes steel and stainless steel trunking.
Manual notching punch
The notching tools are designed for notching out lateral cut-outs on Industrial and PIK-Trunking.
Wire-tray Trunking shears
Low-burr cuts of wire up to 6 mm diameter are easy to make using the portable electrohydraulic MGKE M4 Wire-tray Trunking shears.
