PFLITSCH corrugated conduit solutions –
safe cable protection that pays off

Corrugated conduits are particularly robust in terms of mechanical loads and weather resistance. This is why they play a central role in cable protection. Our range of cable protection has two variants with two further powerful arguments relating to cost efficiency: long-term stability and ease of installation. Needless to say, we have cable glands tailored to the flexible conduits that boast the typical characteristics of the UNI Dicht system.

Corrugated conduit cable glands

We have special corrugated cable glands coordinated with the PFLITSCH corrugated conduit solutions which feature the typical advantages of the UNI Dicht system such as excellent tightness and a high degree of strain relief. They not only provide a secure seal for the cables when they are fed into an enclosure or control cabinet, but also seal the cables against the corrugated conduit.

Corrugated conduit transits

A special variant of corrugated conduit cable gland is the fire protection-certified corrugated conduit transit, which is based on the UNI Dicht modular system that can be used to realise customised solutions. The big benefit: it enables flexible conduits to be fed easily, safely and efficiently into and out of the roofs and walls of rail vehicles and to continue to run them through the vehicles.

Corrugated conduits

In mechanical and plant engineering, automation, robotics and railway engineering, system components are sometimes subjected to extreme dynamic stresses. Two flexible conduit models from PFLITSCH designed for particularly high tread resistance, weather resistance and long-term stability provide good protection for the cable installations.
