To ensure successful sales and a high level of customer loyalty, we regularly evaluate our sales structure – especially with regard to regional specifics and the effective utilisation of existing market potential. As part of this evaluation process, we have taken the strategic decision, in mutual agreement with our Italian sales partner Teaflex, to terminate our cooperation and to serve this sales region through a sales representative of our own. We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to Teaflex for the many years of successful collaboration we have enjoyed.
Since 19 September, PFLITSCH sales manager Simona Pozzi is now responsible for our sales activities in Italy and is working hard to boost our exports there. Starting from our base in Milan, she will be intensifying the company’s efforts to expand our sales the length and breadth of the country. Simona is very familiar with our product range and enjoys our full confidence. After all, we know and appreciate her thanks to her previous work with customers and suppliers.
