With the new PFLITSCH Floor Trunking, PFLITSCH presents an innovative solution for safe and efficient cable installation in demanding industrial environments. The system impresses with its robust construction, tested slip resistance and maximum flexibility – ideal for manufacturing and assembly halls, automated production lines, robot cells and machinery and equipment.
Industrial quality that impresses
The PFLITSCH Floor Trunking is made of high-quality steel zinc plated and is available in seven standard cross-sections from 100 mm to 600 mm in width. The slip-resistant embossing (R10) directly in the cover material ensures safety in walkable areas – without the need for additional channelled sheet. With a footfall load of up to 200 kg (2,000 N), the Floor Trunking is particularly resilient and durable. Powder coating in accordance with RAL, e.g. in signal yellow (RAL 1003), is available as an option. The PFLITSCH Floor Trunking complies with all relevant standards and is UL-certified (approval number E301309) and VDE certified in accordance with DIN EN 50085-2-2.

Thanks to matching accessory fittings such as elbows, bends and T connections, the route can be individually adapted to any project requirement. All components are perfectly matched and easy to assemble. The walkable construction enables safe use in areas with regular foot traffic and high mechanical loads.

The assembly of the Floor Trunking is particularly easy. Cables can be inserted quickly and easily from above – saving time and reducing overall costs. With the specially developed notching tool for side cut-outs, duct components can be precisely adjusted on site.
