UNI Dicht TRI now available in additional sizes

M12, M32, M40, and M50 complement the portfolio

With the addition of the new sizes M12, M32, M40, and M50 to the UNI Dicht TRI range, PFLITSCH is further expanding its high-performance EMC portfolio. Since its market launch, the compact EMC cable glands with patented TRI spring technology have impressed with its maximum shield attenuation values, simple assembly, and reliable protection of sensitive electronics—now in even more areas of application. This underlines PFLITSCH's commitment to consistently expanding its EMC market leadership.

Maximum EMC performance in minimum space

The UNI Dicht TRI combines the proven UNI Dicht design with innovative TRI spring technology, which ensures large-area and long-lasting 360° bonding with the cable shield. This achieves a screening attenuation of approximately 80 dB at 10 MHz in an aged state and offers reliable protection against electromagnetic interference. Even undesirably high shield currents are dissipated with low impedance by the TRI spring. 
The now complete portfolio from M12 to M50 enables the UNI Dicht TRI to be used in almost all applications – for optimum protection of sensor and control technology to high-voltage and power lines, for example in the commercial vehicle sector.

Thanks to its intelligent design, the assembly of the UNI Dicht TRI remains particularly reliable and time-saving, and also provides

  • Decoupling of the sealing and shielding areas for long-lasting EMC stability

  • No twisting of the cable thanks to integrated anti-twist protection
  • Strain relief up to class A
